How do I know what size to order?

Our products are aligned with international sizing standards. If you’re between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full instructions.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the courier’s website to track your package.

How do I care for my resort wear items?

Each product comes with specific care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend hand-washing or gentle machine washing in cold water and air-drying to preserve the fabric and color.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they've been submitted. However, if you wish to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try to assist you.

Can I buy your products in-store?
